This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity - refeferred to as "YOU") and the author (Scott Englert) of this SOFTWARE (seUVBlendShape - referred to as "SOFTWARE PRODUCT").

"SOFTWARE PRODUCT" means computer software and also includes associated media, printed materials, and any "online" or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT") provided to you by Scott Englert.

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you acknowledge that you have read this agreement, you understand it, and agree to to be bound by these terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not download, install, or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE
a) Scott Englert grants to YOU a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive right to use a copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
b) YOU agree the SOFTARE PRODUCT is for use by licensed users or licensed company only.
c) YOU may use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT for personal, commerical, non-profit, or educational use.
d) Sharing, distributing, copying, transfering, or renting all or any part of this SOFTWARE PRODUCT to another recipient is prohibited.
e) The LICENSE to use this SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be transfered to another recipient.

2. COPYRIGHT
All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including but not limited to any images, photographs, videos, libraries, scripts, and examples incorporated into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT), the accompanying materials, and any copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by the Author of this Software. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is a licensed product and no ownership of intellectual property is sold to YOU.

3. SEPARATION OF COMPONENTS
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated for use by others who are not licensed.

4. REVERSE ENGINEERING
YOU or any party may not disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to discover the source code or algorithms of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

5. UPDATES AND MAINTENANCE
All SOFTWARE PRODUCT updates, bug fixes, and improvments are FREE of charge to YOU when such updates become available by Author. This EULA applies to all future release and updates of SOFTWARE PRODUCT. Author is not obligated to release updates of the Software.

6. TERMINATION
Without prejudice to any other rights, the Author of this Software may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its component parts.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS WITH YOU. NEITHER SCOTT ENGLERT NOR ITS SUPPLIERS WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. SCOTT ENGLERT IS NOT OBLIGATED TO PROVIDE ANY UPDATES TO THE SOFTWARE.

8. NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES.
In no event shall the author of this Software be liable for any special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this product, even if the Author of this Software is aware of the possibility of such damages and known defects.
